Hi, my name is Sarah (she/her)
I am a person-centered counsellor based in Warrington, who is warm, kind and welcoming. I will offer a confidential, safe and nonjudgemental space in which you can explore the difficult emotions, experiences and worries that you have. You will lead, and I will work at your pace ensuring that all the while you feel heard, valued and accepted.

How counselling can help
Counselling aims to help you deal with and overcome issues that are causing you emotional pain or making you feel uncomfortable, by helping you to find your own insights and understanding of your problems. By working together, we can find ways of challenging these issues to help you to resolve them; or we can work towards you learning to accept them.

My Experience:
I have experience of working with clients struggling with a wide range of mental health issues and have offered counselling for anxiety and depression, stress, low self – esteem, bereavement, trauma, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and much more.
