Face to Face, Online and Telephone Counselling

 I understand how daunting starting counselling can be and want to acknowledge your courage in taking this first step. It is important that you find the right counsellor for you and so to see how we will work together I offer a free 20-minute phone call. This gives you a chance to talk to me about what you hope to gain from counselling, and I can talk you through how I work and what I offer.

Fees and Duration

If we decide to work together, I charge £65 for a 50-minute session. Prices will be reviewed annually.

I offer both short and long term counselling; we can decide on what you’d like to do at our initial free meeting.

Professional Membership

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework which ensures that I work to the highest standards.
